From your winery profile, click Wines:

You will be taken to a page with a list of all the wines on your winery profile. To add a rating for a vintage, click View to the right of the specific wine:

Choose the specific vintage that you would like to update by clicking on the year:

Click on the Actions button in the top right corner and select See ratings for this vintage from the dropdown menu:

Click the Actions button again and select Add a rating from the dropdown menu:

Required information is Publication, Critic, and Date of Rating. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page:

You will then be taken back to the updated page of the ratings for the vintage.
